NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Woodbury Leadership Academy has submitted an application for an Amended Planned Unit Development, Conditional Use Permit, and Site and Building Plan. Woodbury Leadership Academy is proposing to locate their charter school at the existing Globe University building at 8089 Globe Drive. The charter school was previously located at 600 Weir Drive and serves Kindergarten through Eighth grade. Approximately 270 students are currently enrolled. The property is zoned B-1, Office Park District and is guided as Places to Work on the Land Use Plan.
The application includes the following described real estate lying and being in the City of Woodbury, County of Washington, State of Minnesota to wit:
Lot 1, Block 1, Minnesota School of Business-Woodbury
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Woodbury City Council has scheduled a public hearing to review the request for the application. The public hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. at Woodbury City Hall, 8301Valley Creek Road.
The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the proposed application. Individual citizens or representatives of organizations are encouraged to submit written comments prior to the hearing.
All interested parties will be heard.
